Hello, 

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the first ever 

Finding Foundations: Knowledge is Power Convention!

 

The vendor side of this event is all about connecting the community with local businesses in the name of shopping small & local. We are looking for back-to-basics, self-sufficient, homestead minded individuals wanting to grow their small business.

 

This is a 2 day event 12pm-8pm Friday, June 28th and 9am-1pm Saturday, June 29th, located in Beautiful Southern Oregon at 101 Assembly Cir. Grants Pass, OR 97526.

 

Booth spaces are set up along the sidewalk and outdoor area of the building so you will have to offload everything and park in an adjacent parking lot.

 

This is a 2 day OUTDOOR event. Please bring yourself a canopy or some form of shade.

You will have the option to tear down and set up in between days OR leave your displays set up and pack your products away OR leave everything set up*.

Set up time: 9am-11:30am Friday

Tear down: 1pm-4pm Saturday(please do not pack up till event ends at 1)

 

*Finding Foundations: Knowledge is Power conventions 2024 and Edgewater Christian Fellowship are not liable for any theft or damage to personal/business property that may occur from leaving your belongings outside and exposed to passersbys and/or the natural elements. By choosing to leave your booth set up you are fully aware of the risks.

There will be a security guard posted from 8pm 06/28 to 7am 06/29.
